Upgrade your current AMBrc, AMBrc DP, MYLAPS RC2 or cloned transponder to a new RC4 Pro or RC4 transponder. Follow the steps below to make the trade-in deal a success:
Step 1: Place your order Click on "add to cart" and place your order. When your order is placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Please note that your new transponder will have a different ID.
Step 2: Send your current transponder Send your current MYLAPS transponder or cloned transponder together with the printout of your order confirmation e-mail to the MYLAPS office in your region. Find the addresses of the nearest office here!
Step 3: Get your new MYLAPS RC4 Transponder As soon as we receive your MYLAPS transponder or cloned transponder and the printout of your order confirmation, we will send the new MYLAPS RC4 Pro or RC4 Transponder to your shipping address. Please consider up to 3 weeks shipping time depending on demand. Please note, the new RC Transponder will not have the same transponder number as your old transponder.

In addition to our General Terms and Conditions, the following conditions apply to the upgrade from all older MYLAPS RC transponders and cloned transponders to the MYLAPS RC4 Pro, RC4 or RC4 Hybrid Transponder:
Applies to all older MYLAPS RC transponders or clones.
The MYLAPS or cloned transponder must be in working order.
MYLAPS will only ship the RC4 Pro or RC4 Transponder to your shipping address upon receipt of: (a) a printout of the upgrade confirmation e-mail, and (b) the MYLAPS or cloned transponder.
The new RC Transponder will not have the same transponder number as your old transponder.

Easy to set up and maintain
It is easy to get your transponder in and out of your car using the holder that comes with your RC4 package. The holder should be installed at a maximum height of 15 cm (6 inches) above the ground. Transponders need to survive the heat of battle. RC4 transponders are shock and mud-proof and can safely be used for both indoor and outdoor racing. They can even be used for model boat racing. Because they connect to your car’s power output, you don’t have to worry about recharging them. If you use your transponder a lot, it can get dirty over time. Use a soft brush and some lukewarm water to clean it.

Your personal data
Your training and event results are uploaded by the track's system or race officials. You can check, analyze and share your performance data on your personal account online. Simply create a personal account and register your transponder.
Compatible with our MYLAPS Speedhive app
The Speedhive app gives you quick access to official event results. Login to your own MYLAPS account and you can check your rankings and lap times and view detailed information through graphs.
Your MYLAPS transponder or chip comes with warranty and insurance. It covers damage as a result of accident or fire – but not theft or loss. This means MYLAPS guarantees that the device keeps working and is in good order.
If you have a TR2 Transponder, X2 Transponder, Flex Transponder or ProChip with a valid subscription, we provide unlimited warranty as long as you have an active subscription, under some conditions. Should any problems occur during normal use – as described in the manual – MYLAPS will repair or replace your transponder free of charge. All details can be found in our warranty policy.
